Terms Of Service

Transfers:
Packages purchased through our store cannot be transferred to another Rustralis.com server if you have logged in to the server you purchased the package for.

In the event you have purchased a package and not logged into the server, contact an admin on Discord and we will help transfer the package to your intended server.

Refunds:
Rustralis.com will offer no refunds if you have logged into the server your package was purchased for, as you have at that stage already consumed the digital items purchased.

In the event you have not logged in, and have purchased incorrectly and require a refund contact an admin on Discord and we will gladly help you out.

Payment disputes:
Any chargeback made against Rustralis.com without prior contact with our admin team will result in an immediate permanent ban across all Rustralis.com servers. To reverse the ban all fees and costs including administration fees associated with the chargeback will have to be repaid to Rustralis.com.
